kinda stpid question I guess ..

I'm trying to install Cisco VPN secure client on my Mandrake 10 box.

The installer needs to know where the kernel source files are on my machine.

According to what I read on the web, they should be in usr/src.

The dir exists on my mandrake box, it contains different subdirs, but they are all empty (???)

So where are the kernel sources then ??

[maxthree@maxthree src]$ ls -latr
total 12
drwxr-xr-x 7 root root 4096 Dec 4 2003 RPM/
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Feb 8 17:21 ./
drwxr-xr-x 12 root root 4096 Feb 8 18:47 ../
[johan@deathstar src]$
[johan@deathstar src]$
[johan@deathstar src]$ pwd
/usr/src
[johan@deathstar src]$
[johan@deathstar src]$
[johan@deathstar src]$

Mandrake doesn't install the kernel source by default during the installation, have you actually installed it? If not search your install cd's for 'kernel source' and then install the correct one.
