These specific revisions of the LNE100TX cards are known to be incompatible with Red Hat 7.

Some users have reported that the Linux driver Linksys bundles with the 4.1 revision will work on Red Hat 7, while running the 2.2.16-22 stock kernel (not the enterprise kernel).

I have the same card and have gotten it running on SuSE 6.4 (kernel 2.2.14) and Slackware 7.1 (kernel 2.2.16) using the directions on the driver floppy. No luck getting it to work in debian though. As far as redhat I'm not sure as I loaned out my cd's and never got them back. But the driver disk has specific instructions on installing for redhat 5.xx, may work on later versions?

If you don't have the driver floppy let me know and I can get you the info from it.

Also, please don't flame me for the debian comment :) ... I really didn't spend much time on trying to fix it.

There are alot of posts regarding this card. It does work under RedHat 7.0 with the 2.2.x kernel if you have the right drivers. Here is a link to a thread that will help you.
