Does Red Hat 7.1 let you change display easily? I like Red Hat because of the software it comes with, but system stuff (like display) are hard to work with. When I used RH 7.0, I was stuck 640x480 and everything I tried never fixed my display. So I was wondering if RH 7.1 was easier to work with since I like it more than Mandrake in the software that it comes with, but Mandrake is easer to use in general. I'm just asking because I don't want to spend all that time downloading and installing something that doesn't display what I need.

by easier do you mean switching resolutions while in X? redhat doesn't but you can run Xconfiguration and have it calibarte what Resolution you want in it.

Yeah, I mean primarily the resolution. Before I went to Mandrake, all of my program windows wouldn't fit the screen and I couldn't even scroll around them. That is why I want to know if it is easier to change.
