recursive rename to lowercase

Hi, I am wanting to convert my mp3 collection all to lowercase. It goes to a depth of maybe 5-6 folders deep in some places. I found this thread http://www.justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=100023&highlight=recursive+rename
but I am not really sure what to do, and also it mentions that it will not take care of the recursive side of things.
If anyone can help me as to how I would do this it would be much appreciated.
