apache cgi problem

Look at this log entry and tell me what you see thanx:

My CGI is failing....... Internel Server Error

When I got internal server errors like that, it was because I used plain old "unzip" instead of "unzip -a". If that's not the case, check your permissions. Also, check your httpd.conf to make sure you have mod_perl and that those <directory ...> </directory> have Options ExecCGI in there.

Change the first line in the script to point to where Perl is on your system. ;)

Is the #!/usr/bin/perl part really point to perl? . If you script isn't a secret could you post it? maybe we can see the problem.
