Could some of you great Mandrake users please help us out here as I'm trying to assist mvjh to get his nic working on his laptop. To compile the drivers you need the pcmcia source installed in /usr/src/pcmcia. Now on Caldera, the source is easy to find on the CD 'pcmcia-cs-3.1.8-1.src.rpm'.

I've tried searching Mandrake's ftp servers and rpmfind, but all I've found is 'hackkernel-pcmcia-cs....' and 'kernel-pcmcia-cs....' which I believe both not to be the actual source code.

Anyone know where he can locate the pcmcia source for Mandrake 7.2 or could Redhat source be used instead. Thanks...

Looking around some more on Mandrake's ftp server and 'kernel-pcmcia-cs-2.2.17-21.mdk.i586.rpm' may be the pcmcia source you need to compile your nic drivers. Should be on the CD.
