upgrade WM

What do I add to my sources.list to have it point to windowmaker.org so that I can upgrade to 0.64? I tried add in

deb ftp://ftp.windowmaker.org/pub/ contrib

but it gave me an error so that is not right but that is the path I followed to find it.

Doesn't look like they have a directory for .debs anywhere. They need to have a Packages.gz list somewhere, but I didn't see one.

Ok I really need to get this... If I find a site that has a packages.gz file how would I put it in the list? Example
http://kino22-ap.eng.hokudai.ac.jp/~ss/linux/debs/packages.gz

What would I use in my sources.list?
