Oh ya this new radeon 9800 pro is so awesome.
I am wondering how ati is able to get away selling it for $250.
i was returning my 5600xt 128meg video card today and was aiming at an ati card. i am not worried about linux right. i am gonna game. In windows. i'll worry about going to linux another day ...
my score in 3dmark03 with this card that i just put in the machine (Stock not-overclocked in any way) is 5747.
My score with the old card (the 5600xt) was 1644.
My jaw dropped when i was able to see frames race by ...
Oh ya, if anyone is in san diego, frys has a one day deal today. i picked this card up for 197+tax.
