I go to the /current directory on Suse's FTP site and it takes me to 7.2, not 7.3. Im not talking about ISO's. I just wanna download the files via FTP. Thanks.

Thats exactly what I mean. When I go to ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/current/ the directory says 7.2 and not 7.3.

Likely it is not available yet. Sometimes companies will keep their ftp sites up to date, with their most current works others will take a few days or months to update. Once 7.3 is more widely distributed and used and the bugs are worked out take a look for it.
