Help...How do I change Desktop Fonts in Gnome?

I m using Mandrake 8, and I have these awful desktop fonts. Any idea on how to change them?

Not exactly sure where, but under the configuration tools (should be on the "START" menu). I know under the "Control Panel" there's a choice of the different fonts that can be used.

P.S. Sorry 'bout the Windows terms - I'm not sure what else to call these things. See, Microsoft even has a monopoly on computer vocabulary. Dammit.

Settings ->Theme Selector ->set radio button to Use custom font, then select the font you want to use.
