Just ask you're ISP. (its not illegal or anything for you to ask, so don't worry) I don't think you'll find them anywhere in Windows, but I could be wrong.

My ISP won't respond to emails. And I had done it once through windows but can't remember and don't have the documentation to do it again.

Who are you using?

I think if you just do a whois on your ISP, the numbers should be the same. Could be wrong, but it's worth a shot.

Just go to: control panel>dial up networking>right click on your connection>go to properties>then click the server types tab>then tcp/ip setting. Could be there, or not. If not I would just call your ISP and ask. :D
