Central e-mail list.

I have a network with 12 users. We all run Win 98 and Outlook 98. The e-mail server is Linux running postfix. Is there an app that lets you create a centralized list of e-mail address so I dont have to export and import on every machine everytime I need to add new addresses. Exchange would do this. When I added mailboxes for everyone there was a list of all mail boxes when I opened the address book.
