You're asking for a program which does not exist. The closes you can get to it is Opera.

skipstone does everything except ssl certificate accepting.

however! it does do ssl. if you go to the site in mozilla, and then copy the files over to ~/.skipstone/mozilla then it'll work just fine.

it does cookies, has easy settings for external mail applications (eg: aterm -e pine, or pronto, or whatever else...), and it's got cool tabbed browsing.

i don't use anything else.

do you mean in linux, or everything?

if everything, Opera is nice, but adware unless you buy it. Mozilla is ok in windows (slow for some reason in Linux)

but Konqueror is sweet... but not available for windows...
