[Totally OT] Help naming a tune??

Ok, I've got a tune I know I've heard somewhere and I want to find the name of it.
The problem is, the only copy i've got is actually just an excerpt of it mixed over a Basement Jaxx track. Woo.
The Basement Jaxx track is Good Luck (Tim Delux Funked Club Mix, apparently).
The excerpt in question can be listened to here (MP3 format) (http://www.megla.net/random/namethattune.mp3).

Ta if you can, its driving me nuts.

PS. The bit I'm after a name for is the tune you can hear in the background that's been all flanged about with.
PPS. To the best of my knowledge it's not illegal to post that MP3 as copyright law (for me in the UK anyway) allow you to reproduce excerpts. Anyway its a 30 second clip in mono at 48kbit, it's not like anyone's gonna play it in their car.
