I have two problems after installed Fedora Core 2.

1. Root's Home doesn't display tree in left side. How to setup

2. When I double click on a rpm file, it couldn't open. FC1 and RH9, ... have no this problem. I double click on a rpm file to install it. But I don't know what program I should use as rpm file's associate.

If I were you I would quit relying on the gui tools so heavily. I have no idea about your problem, but I suspect you would be much better served using the command line for awhile. "man rpm" to see about installing those pesky things.

try nautilus --browser from the CLI.

there is a fix for this... you just have to associate rpm with the mimetype....

From the CLI
rpm -ivh whatever.rpm (installs)
rpm -Uvh whatever.rpm (upgrades)

another problem.
I installed mplayer and realplayer codec. but I can't play rmvb file. I did same way in FC1 and it worked.
