Hi,
I recently installed RedHat 9 on my pc but it will not find the sound card. My sound is integrated into my motherboard, which is made by Intel. Any help configuring this would be appreciated. Thank you.

have you tried installing a tool called sndconfig and then running that utility? it should be in the sound & video secition of your package list. After you have it installed run sndconfig from a root# console and see if it picks up your card :)

I would also suggest you look/search through this forum as we have loads of previous threads on soundcard problems such as yours. They will contain lots of troubleshooting tips such as listing the loaded modules, pci devices and other helpful suggestions.
Give some of those a try and post back if you are still having problems.
