Palm tungsten c

I know that it's probably not yet possible to install linux on the tungsten c, however I was wondering if there is any effort currently going on to change this? I would like to see linux on my tungsten and I would love to help out in any way possible. Also, if there are any good linux on pda recources you guys could point me to, I'd appreciate it.
