popfile with Kmail problem

I have installed popfile, and can log in the configuration file, but when I use it with my Kmail it says
[Could not login to 127.0.0.1
The Servr said " can't connect to pop3.tm.net.my:110" ]
Any idea this is the problem of Kmail or the Popfile setting?

I setup Kmail to use Popfile with

Settings/Configure Kmail/Network/Receiving Tab then highlight your account and click on Modify

Login: <your pop mail server>:<your email address>

Password : Same as before

Host: 127.0.0.1

For example

Login: pop.justlinux.com:mdwatts@justlinux.com

Password: *******

Host: 127.0.0.1
