rh doesnt come with cups.. where can i get some rpms.. i've tried the mandrake ones but there are so many dependency errors.

You should install the redhat rpm's. Not the mandrake ones. Mandrake rpm is for Mandrake. Redhat rpm for redhat.
So download the redhat rpm from http://cups.org.

Or you could download and install the source tar.
