Usually my CPU runs at 1837Mhz or something near that (2500+)

While I was playing UT2K4, i decided to alt-tab to see what its running at.

Lo and Behold, it had OC'd itself to 1930Mhz and it was stable.

Since this is a bios feature it doesnt require any special software.

FYI: This is the MSI KT6VLSR motherboard.
