browser question (excites chat client)

Hi, im trying to use excites chat client that loads in your browser. When i click to open it the window loads as do all of the menu bars, chat windows etc but the rest does not load. I wondered if there is anyway to get it working in firefox as so much of it loads already, I think it uses active x controls (though im not sure) does anyone have any ideas?
