AIM

I just installed Red Hat Linux 7 on my machine. I am trying to get AOL instant messanger up and running. I went to aim.com and downloaded the linux version, but i don't know how to install it?! When i click on the program it says, "It is already installed".
Could someone please give me directons on how to install AIM? Thanks

is it a .rpm file?

i think its rpm (aim file name)
to run..type aim...thats how i did it..
