I'm having trouble getting a Linksys Wireless B & a IBM Cardbus 10/100 Ethernet card to work on my Compaq Armada 7400 laptop running LBA linux. (LBA is debian-based)
Neither is in LBA's NIC list, what will work?
Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if either of those ethernet cards are supported. I would suggest you try a bit of searching to see what you can find.
See what you can find on both the Linksys and IBM websites (driver support etc.), the JL forums (lots on wireless cards) and G4L ( www.google.com/linux ).
For example, Dlink has

Do you have the model numbers of the cards? If the linksys is a WPC11 ver.3 or earlier it should work with no problems using the prism/orinoco drivers.
Version 4 uses a Broadcom chip that is not supported in Linux
So models are important info ;)
