the "play" command? [Archive]

I have installed licq, and it doesn't play a sound when I get a message. I went into the OnEvents section, enabled it to play sounds, and made sure that the path was correct. Still I get no sound. The command "play" doesn't seem to work. Any ideas on what I could use instead? I tried installing mpg123 and amp, and neither of those worked. If possible, anybody know where I can download and install play? I was unable to find it.
