I would like my redhat 7.1 box to automatically login when it boots up. Its not going to have a keyboard or monitor so it needs to do this.

No, you don't.
Besides, if you're using it in a situation where you don't need a monitor or keyboard, you probably know enough to get init to bypass user logins anyway, thus eliminating the need for an automatic login.

Oh, well I don't know enough to bypass the user logon. Do you know how to do it?

Server/gateway box, right? No need to login at all, it'll all start automaticaly. If you need to administer it, SSH, telnet(not recomended), or possibly a web interface(some server/gateway distros have a web interface) are all you need.
