linux-2.2.17 compilation errors

Hi,

I have RedHat Linux-8.0(2.4.18-14).
Now for some reasons I want to have 2.2.17 also.

But I faced the following errors after make bzImage
during compilation.
Iam sending the error in error.txt as attachment.
Please look into that and suggest me the corrections.

could you explain why you need that legacy kernel?

possibly you should upgrade to a more modern kernel such as the 2.6 series

Hi,

I want to use TCP Migrate options
The options are provided in the form a patch for linux-2.2.17 only. The patch is developed by Alex Snoeren.

Hence I want linux-2.2.17

are you sure these features are not native to modern kernels?

Iam sure the options are not available in later versions of kernel.
