Hi all,

I have made myself a little key built into a DB9 backshell that listens for a certain code to go out to it (123) and will respond back with 321.

What I need to do is is to get my Slackware 9.1 box to send out 123 and listen for a 321 reply every minute or so, and log out the workstation if the key is not present.

I don't need it to log me in when plugged in, I just need it to log me out after I unplug it.

Thanks,

The Linux Kid

Sorry I don't.

How about these G4L search results for 'serial port programming' (http://www.google.com/linux?hl=en&lr=&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=serial+port+programming&btnG=Google+Search)?
