HTML\CSS\PHP discussion ?

Hey,

the description of the board on the main page doesn't include any reference with web-based code.
Does that imply that HTML\css\php discussion\q's aren't really welcome on the board ?
I have a few noob q's with HTML; so I didn't know if I could ask them in this forum...

Anyone else know of any good HTML forums [preferably linux-related; since i'm using Quanta]

Feel free to ask. PHP most certainly qualifies as scripting, HTML and CSS are kind of an in-between but I'm sure someone will be willing to help.
