From SuSE site:

XFCE is a deskop environment similar to KDE. It doesn't need many
resources. There is no support for this package. It also is not
included in the autoconfiguration process, i.e., you have to configure
it yourself.

So it's included with the Pro CDs but it's not supported. Fuxbox is not included as far as I know.

Icewm, fvwm, and blackbox are included with Suse if I remember right. I end up using KDE most of the time but am getting ready to switch over to enlightenment once I get it installed and configured.
