RVP protocal

Is anyone familiar with the RVP protocal from Sun Microsystems? If so do you know of any documentation on the subject?

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for (maybe something on ICQ's protocol, not sure) but here are a couple sites that I found useful. Can't say I understood everything they said, but I got the idea's from the articles.
