Hello out there. I just download a theme that I like to see on my linux box. I went to the themes.org site. I followed there instrustions but I'm lost . here's what they posted
Sawmill themes are particularly easy to install. Once you download your theme (e.g. Platinum-0.22.tar.gz), all you have to do is:
cp Platinum-0.22.tar.gz ~/.sawmill/themes/Platinum.tar.gz
Of course, if you want to allow everybody on your system to use the theme, you can do this:
(as root)
cp Platinum-0.22.tar.gz /usr/share/sawmill/themes/Platinum.tar.gz
I did that then I went into my Gnome configuration tool
went into theme selection. after that i get lost , can someone help me out.
Thank you
tux
