must have really misunderstood the point of the post. for that i will apologize but yes i am the same i think i have destroyed my girlfriends school work like 12 times during all my installs. When ever she hears the word reformat she locks me in a closet till i forget what i was thinking about doing :)

3 choices here that I see:
1. Wait until she goes out and reformat, then if you lose all her work, lock yourself in the closet when she gets back.
2. Back up the data before you reformat.
3. Buy her a computer or a hard drive for her work and you can reformat 5 times a day on your computer/hard drive. Probably get her an external hard drive and she can lock it in the closet when she leaves. :)
