I installed Suse 7.1 and it installed Gnome and KDE together. Can i remove all KDE apps including KDE desktop? How can i just install Gnome without installing anything releated to KDE?

While I'm by no means an expert, they appear to have a lot of things directly tied into KDE. I tried to go Gnome myself, but they seem to make it a real pain in the arse. Anywho, I'd say unless it's REALLY bugging you, don't fix it if it ain't broke. But hey, it's your system. :)

Dont know about Suse, but it would be easier to do a re-install and just select Gnome, getting rid of KDE once it's installed is a REAL pain in the arse, it can be done though, Go to http://www.kde.org, they have a piece on how to uninstall it. (it's a nightmare).
