I have an IBM 365X (133mhz) with a 6gig HD, and cdrom, and floppy drives. I've tried mandrake 9.2, to no avail, and I tries dman small linux, which works fine, but it's just a little to basic for me...and I trued peanut linux, which I couldn't get to install. I'd like to try a well known distro...like maybe debian, or slackware...any suggestions?

Thanks!
Alex

Well, if you're going for well known then go for Debian, Vector, or Slackware.
In terms of Knoppix mini-distros, there's Damn Small (which you've tried), Feather Linux, Flonix, Morphix, Kurumin... the list goes on :)
