How about a 50 MB distro that you can carry in your wallet? It's on a "bootable business card" cd and is a live cd.
BBC Linux (http://www.lnx-bbc.org/)
You can buy it at EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) or download an iso. Or the Free Software Foundation supplies it on their membership card.

FAQ (http://www.lnx-bbc.org/faq-LNX_BBC.html#What_is_an_LNX_BBC_)
In the FAQ, they tell you where you can get the business card cd's.

I've been using it for about a year now, and it is the BEST. I use it for data recovery, I can boot any PC based Computer with it, make whatever repairs are needed to get the system running again, or just recover data. I love it. :)

It seems like a unique idea for a computer store, consultant, linuxfreek, to carry as a business card and hand out to the customers, potential customers, MCSE's, IT bosses, etc. Or would it be like an automobile mechanic handing out spark plug wrenches? :)
The portability is a big plus, since you don't have to worry about losing the cap as on a USB stick.

I don't think it is something I would be handing out, even though the concept is business card based, I don't think I would hand them out to anyone. but making it small enough to fit in the wallet is a plau :)

Well, the whole thing started in 1999 when they handed them out at Linux Developers World conference.
Plus you could put your cv, resume, ad, etc on the boot up screen! Or how about have it automatically connect to your server and show streaming video.

Just got my "business card" LNX-BBC disk from the EFF ($5). It works well in my desktop. I was cruising around this site in text mode with Links. It's a trip seeing this site in text mode. Also can boot up graphically, can even use KDE. And it fits in my wallet next to the chinese restaurant reciept. :)
