i'm trying to install the matrox powerdesk available from thier website onto mandrake 8.0 i don't know what to do at all.. i ran the rpm for it and i don't know how to get into the program, and i can't figure out how to install the drivers either, please help

try a rpm -ql packagename (don't use the rpm extension). then see what file(s) are located in a bin directory, e.g. /usr/bin, /usr/X11R6/bin and one of those should be able to do it for you.
