Here's a truly offtopic post. When it comes to a base RPG system that you can use to run a game in any setting, which do you prefer?

I had to look up what you were asking. I know someone here in Georgia who swears by Whitewolf, but I'm not sure if that is a system or just a vendor.

attached is my little dice rolling program for when I don't want to use real dice. I have been thinking of rewriting it in java and maybe making a whole crontrol panel to track inventory and health.
