Im considering installing it on a 450Mhz AMD with 256 of ram. je_fro 03-11-2004, 08:14 PM I've had it on several computers, though. I liked it a lot. It's lean and fast. mmills 03-11-2004, 08:18 PM is the gui more like mandrake or yellow dog? kde/xwidows or gnome? je_fro 03-11-2004, 10:02 PM Not at all like Mandrake...I can't say about YellowDog. With those specs I'd stay away from KDE and Gnome anyway. You'll be happier probably with X and a *box of some sort. Crux is minimal, so whatever you want, you'll have to use the CRUX packaging system (which has anything you'll need anyway) or compile from source. justlinux.com
