up2date

For some reason, my up2date won't come up in KDE. After some research, I found it works just fine from the command-line, and the command-line doesn't have a graphical option as far as I can see. Anyone know what I can do to get it back?
I've also confirmed that when I click on the up2date shortcut in KDE, it's connecting to the server fine, but seems to be doing all of this from the command line, no GUI.

Open your terminal and type up2date, see if it comes back with any error message.

no, no errors, just a listing of switches. Like I said, I can run it fine from the command line, but the graphical interface seems to have just disappeared. There's got to be a configuration option I'm missing.
