Permission denied while trying to isntall amsn

I'm trying to install amsn. But when I do ./amsn-blah-blah.bin it says permission denied. It also said this if I ran as super user. HOw do I get past this?

make it executable:

chmod +x amsn.bin

then ./amsn.bin

[serz]
