Given that Loki went bust quite a while ago now, it's incredibly difficult to get hold of, I managed to get one of the last ones from Tuxgames.

Despite the fact that you want the CD really, really bad; which is kind of lame in my book because it's only a game; what you're proposing at this point in time is probably illegal.

Exactly what do you take the Linux community for, and why do you fail to see your proposition as anything but an insult?

Why..Just because I'm looking for a game thats been out for what 3 years. and the company that produced it is no longer around. And your right its only a game not some $3000.00 app thats being bootleged.

Okay, I have been watching this and deciding if I should say anything or not.

Although the game is probably considered "Abandonware", it is still against copyright law to copy the game unless you have permission from the author(s).

Our Acceptable Use Policy states clearly that you can not use the forums to obtain "warez".

I know that this is a "grey" area with regards to this game because it is probably "Abandonware" but I am going to lock this thread because posts in it clearly state that individuals are willing to buy a burned copy of the game.

If indeed, the author(s) allow people to copy the game then it should be available on the www.the-underdogs.org - a site that provides "legal" downloads of "Abandonware".

Anyway - I am sorry If anyone disagrees.

Cheers. and good luck obtaining a copy.
