Linux On a Dell™ Latitude™ LS Portable

Just wondering if anybody has installed linux on such laptop, ive tried to search the Mandrake's hardware database but didnt find anything.

for 1 is Mandrake going to like the Video controller which is NeoMagic NM2200 ?

The NeoMagic cards have been supported in Linux for a while now, but I don't know about the newer ones...but it looks like the page is running Red Hat 6.1, so I REALLY doubt Mandrake will have ANY problems with it ;)

The page seems very out-dated, but that tells me you should not have many problems at all installing MDK with a newer release like 9.1

omg $3000, Im gonna buy 1 second hand for £400 lol
