Hi,
When my pc boots in Linux i get the following messages:
hdb: dma_timer_expiry: dma status =0x61
hdb: error waiting for dma
hdb: dma timedout retry: status=0x58 {DriveReady SeekComplete DataRequest}
It does that three times and as a result booting process is delayed very much (It takes about 6 min to boot).
I have two hard disks. Hdb is does not works in dma mode - only in RIO mode. Is there any way to fix the problem? (six minutes is to much! ;)
P.S. I consider myself rather experienced in the Microsoft´s Windows world but in Linux i´m just a newbie, so please answer accordingly... :)
Thanks!
