Hello,
My network is setup as such:
192.168.0.1 -> master box that shares the net, dhcp server, has samba running (works fine)
which is connected to a switch, where one of the switch ports goes to a hub, that in turn has two PCs on it.
Of these two last PCs, one is a linux box that also has samba running and belongs to the same workgroup etc in the samba config as the rest of the machines.
When I access network neighborhood to see which PCs are available from the other windows machines however, I can see the 192.168.0.1 machine no problems - this one has always worked fine - however - the new Linux box on the second hub doesn't appear (ip address 192.168.0.8).
How do I configure things so that the new box appears in the network neighborhood also?
Thanks!
Alex
