How can I set up a KDE theme in KDE 2.0?

I've looked everywhere on the KDE sites and in the Mandrake docs. I've seen some stuff that makes reference to a KDE Theme manager but I don't seem to have that.

This should be simple :( ... Can anyone help?

There is no theme support for KDE 2.0
You'll have to wait for 2.1 I belive.

I may have read somewhere that there was some kind of hack to get themes but I'm not sure.

KDE 2.0 uses styles similar to blackbox, it does not have a theme manager as such.
