I have the same problem here, how do I fix it?

In the XF86Config you need to use the fglrx driver instead of the radeon, fglrxconfig will set this.
Where in xf86config is this at? I really don't see anything that says radeon?

Section "Device"
Identifier "ATI Graphics Adapter"
Driver "fglrx"

Do you have any advise for setting up dual monitors on one output device?

1 videocard with a DVI and VGA connector, 2 CRT screens are connected to it

Mathijs... Any luck in the 'How I did it' forum?

That part is all fine, but when I go to display settings, it still says unknown graphics adapter, and I can't change the memory size to 256Mb, but the driver does say flgrx in advanced settings, any ideas?

I split your questions into a new thread as hijacking a existing thread that is still waiting for a solution is not really fair to the member that posted the original question.
