A rhetorical figure in which incongruous or contradictory terms are combined, as in a deafening silence and a mournful optimist. killerasp 03-20-2001, 01:27 AM WTF??? SPEAK ENGLISH!!! Malakin 03-20-2001, 03:17 AM beta != stable This is particularily true with Mandrake betas. Be patient and wait until the final like I am. bdg1983 03-20-2001, 08:12 AM oxymoron - contradicting terms as in beta and stable. I would imagine their beta release would be stable enough for you to run as a test system and to get a taste of what's to come. Not advisable to use as a Production System. Of course goes without saying. Dumb_terminal 03-20-2001, 09:40 AM i say --> NOT for daily use !!! its good for testing porposes only. cause im itching to see what they come up with next. but nothing beats -Storm Linux- for first time newbies. its easy, simple & GET GO :cool:just wait till things settle down & do a complete install  Debian  dvdnut 03-20-2001, 01:24 PM the one i d/l was traktopel or something when installing mdk it showed me pictures of diggers well wicked and worth the download! :p bdg1983 03-21-2001, 09:57 AM Because of the pictures? ;) loocrabsuks 03-21-2001, 07:43 PM HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW.............
