Hello all

After reading a good number of sites and books it looks like I will be making the jump into a dual boot this weekend.

I partioned my 7 gig HD. 4 for 98se (already running) and 3 for RH7.1. I am not worried about space since I recently hooked up a secondary 20G HD.

Is it better to leave what I have(two defined partitions) or just have one partion and some "free space" for the RH7.1 install?

I have seen it "suggested" both ways so I wanted a few more opinions.

Thanks in advance to everyone who replies.

Leave the Win98 partition as is of course and then just have free space for the remainder. Probably doing a 'Expert Mode' install would give you greater control over the partitioning process.
