Guru prompt, no linux, wtf?

I was messing with my Linux HD while in Windows then I rebooted the computer and instead of a message popping up asking me what OS I want to boot in I get a dos like pompt with the works "guru". How can I boot back in Windows?

What bootloader to you normally use? Are you sure it doesn't say "grub"?

For that matter, what distro are you using? And in what way were you "messing with your Linux HD while in Windows"? Tell us exactly what you were doing and we'll have more clues to go on.
