Is there any way to always have your printer print a cover page when you send it a job?

I am using a network printer, and I would like to print a cover page with my name before each print job?

From the enscript man page:

-t title, --title=title
Set banner page's job title to title. Option sets
also the name of the input file stdin.

Is that what you're looking for? I suppose as a kludge, you could use the banner command and piping it to the printer prior to immediately printing out your document.
